    1. la teoria della geometria proiettiva riferita ai metodi di rappresentazione grafica e precisamente:

    a. il metodo delle doppie proiezioni ortogonali (piante e prospetti/sezioni verticali associate);
    b. il metodo delle proiezioni parallele (assonometrie oblique e ortogonali):
    c. il metodo delle proiezioni centrali (cenni di prospettiva per schizzi di studio).

    2. norme convenzionali per il disegno tecnico

    Obiettivi formativi

    Entro la fine del corso, lo studente deve conoscere i metodi specifici di rappresentazione presentati durante le lezioni. Questa conoscenza dovrebbe essere la base e i criteri per analizzare la forma dei manufatti edili, civili e ambientali. Tra questo programma sono previste anche la padronanza del linguaggio tecnico e l'interpretazione delle configurazioni geometriche.
    In dettglio gli allievi dovranno dimostrare di sapere:
    - riconoscere, estrarre ed astrarre (in funzione della scala di ripresentazione grafica), gli elementi che descrivono i manufatti-tipo analizzati in configurazioni piane e/o simulazioni di forme tridimensionali;
    - applicare la simbologia e le norme adeguate alla scala grafica prescelta:
    - impiegare correttamente la terminologia del linguaggio tecnico;
    - organizzare presentazioni di sintesi mediante le quali mostrare l’equilibrio tra conoscenze e abilità acquisite.

    Prerequisiti

    Conoscenza dei contenuti minimi garantiti dai programmi di scuola secondaria.

    Metodologie didattiche

    Agli studenti sarà richiesto, fin dai primi incontri, di lavorare operativamente in aula. Nel rispetto del calendario accademico, l’attività didattica si è articolerà in comunicazioni e esercitazioni guidate. Il tema d’anno si presenta come occasione per trarre dall’esperienza di laboratorio teorie e prassi. Conoscenze e abilità dovranno essere approfondite con studio e applicazioni individuali. È vivamente consigliata la frequenza: l’organizzazione delle attività e la disponibilità del docente garantiranno, durante la durata del corso, il supporto necessario alle applicazioni concordate.

    Metodi di valutazione

    Sono previsti cicli di lavoro consecutivo. Le esercitazioni guidate (riviste con studio individuale e consegnate nelle date concordate), unitamente agli esiti delle prove intercorso, permetteranno una valutazione in itinere. Per l’attribuzione dei crediti sarà, tuttavia, necessario sostenere l’esame finale.
    Tre prove intercorso accerteranno il raggiungimento degli obiettivi minimi.Ogni prova consiste:
    a) consegna degli elaborati concordati;
    b) elaborato grafico in aula (cfr. moduli didattici trattati nelle settimane precedenti);
    c) due domande a cui rispondere per orale o scritta.
    Ad ogni prova si attribuirà un voto in trentesimi il cui peso sarà pari a 1/4 della valutazione finale totale. Durante il colloquio finale (esame) ciascun studente sarà invitato a presentare il lavoro d’anno attraverso il quale esporre la propria esperienza formativa in relazione ai contenuti e agli obiettivi preposti.

    Per coloro che non abbiano frequentato o che non avessero raggiunto il numero di presenze minimo (il 70%) oppure che non avessero superato con esito positivo la prova finale al termine del corso, dovranno tutti e indistintamente, sostenere una prova grafica di accesso all'esame orale. Potranno prenotarsi allaprova grafica solamente coloro che saranno in possesso degli elaborati di cui all'elenco dell’esercitazioni svolte.

    Contents

    Two main issues are dealt with in the course:

    1. The scientific fundamentals of representation, i.e. the theory and descriptive geometry applications with reference to three of the four methods of graphic model representations:
    a) double orthogonal projections (plans and associated elevations-sections);
    b) oblique parallel and or orthogonal (axonomerty) projections.
    c) central projections (perspectives).
    2. Communication techniques of a simple construction, civil building or environmental artifact.

    A ”Guide” (currently in preparation) http://www.ingegneria.unicampania.it/dipartimento/docenti?MATRICOLA=057434.
    The consultation of at least one Drawing Manual is strongly recommended. Amongst the many available: Docci, M., Maestri, D., Gaiani M., 2011. Scienza del disegno. Torino: Città Studi.

    Specific topics can be explored in:
    - Docci, M. 1996. Migliari, R. ScienzadellaRappresentazione. Roma: NIS 199
    Other reading materials will be suggested during the course.

    Course objectives

    By the end of the course, the student must know the specific methods of representation presented during the lessons. This knowledge should be the base and criteria to analyse the shape of building, civil and environmental artefacts. Between this program finalities are also expected the mastery of technical language and the interpretation of geometric configurations.
    In details the students will have to demonstrate that they know:
    - recognizing, extracting and abstracting (according to the scale of graphical re-presentation), the elements that describe the artefacts analyzed in flat configurations and / or simulations of three-dimensional shapes;
    - apply the symbols and the appropriate rules to the chosen graphic scale;
    - correctly use the terminology of technical language;
    - organize summary presentations through which to show the balance between acquired knowledge and skills.

    Prerequisites

    Secondary school minimum subject knowledge.

    Teaching methods

    Students will be required, from the very first meetings, to work operatively in the classroom. In compliance with the academic calendar, the teaching activity will be divided into communications and guided exercises. The theme of the year presents itself as an opportunity to draw from the laboratory experience theories and practices. Knowledge and skills will have to be deepened with study and individual applications. Attendance is strongly recommended: the organization of the activities and the availability of the teacher will guarantee, during the duration of the course, the necessary support to the agreed applications.

    Evaluation methods

    Consecutive work cycles have been planned.
    The guided practice sessions (integrated with the self study and the homework assignments to be handed in at pre-set dates) and the course tests will provide in progress assessment and indication pertaining to the need for remedial measures.Students are allocated the credits after successfully sitting the final examination.There will be 3 course tests to ascertain the achievement following objectives:
    Each test consists in:
    a) delivery of the agreed documents;
    b) graphic design (see teaching modules treated in previous weeks);;
    c) students will be asked two l questions to be answered orally.
    Students who have not attended at all, those who have not met the 70% attendance requirement and those who have not passed the end of course test, will be required to sit a drawing test to be admitted to the oral examination.The drawing test can be booked only if all of the course assignments have been completed.

    The student will be given a mark out of 30 which will be one third of the total
    final assessment. During the final examination students will have to demonstrate their knowledge and critical understanding of theories and methods and the ability to present their work coherently.
