    Obiettivi formativi

    Conoscere i criteri e gli strumenti per la progettazione e la gestione degli impianti industriali.
    Conoscere le tecniche per la valutazione tecnico-economica degli investimenti in macchinari e impianti, per le tecniche di finanziamento di investimenti industriali e per la conduzione di analisi di bilancio.
    Conoscere le tecniche di analisi di convenienza di investimenti in automazione,
    Conoscere le tecniche per la pianificazione ed il controllo di progetti industriali.
    Conoscere tecniche e metodologie per la conduzione di analisi di rischio, incluso il rischio incendio, e per la progettazione antincendio di fabbricati civili ed industriali.
    Conoscere tecniche per la redazione di piani e programmi di manutenzione di impianti industriali.

    Metodologie didattiche

    Lezioni frontali di durata pari a 120 minuti ed esercitazioni numeriche condotte con fogli elettronici

    Metodi di valutazione

    Al termine del cosrso, l'esame consisterà in un colloquio.
    Le sedute di esame sono fissate con cadenza mensile (esclusa la pausa estiva) con 3 sedute all'interno delle due finestre di esame.

    Tempi e metodi. Metodologie per la progettazione di postazioni di lavoro industriali. Diagrammi uomo- macchina. Conduzione multipla. Cenni di ergonomia.
    Studio di fattibilità di investimenti industriali.
    Analisi e pianificazione finanziaria delle imprese industriali
    Criteri e tecniche di valutazione degli investimenti industriali. Metodi con Flussi di Cassa Attualizzati. Valore Attuale Netto, Indice di Rendimento Attualizzato, Tasso Interno di Rendimento.

    Course objectives

    • Knowledge of the main criteria and tools for the design, management and operation of industrial plants and general service facilities.
    • Knowledge of the techniques for the technical and economic evaluation of investments in machinery and plant, for financing techniques of industrial investments and for carrying out budget analysis.
    • Knowledge of techniques for economic assessment of investment in industrial autmation.
    • Knowledge of the main techniques and methodologies for managing, planning and controlling industrial projects.
    • Knowledge of the main maintenance policies and principles for the preparation of maintenance plans and programs of industrial plants
    • Knowledge of the methods for defining working methods and for defining and measuring the relative times.
    • Knowledge the main legislative references on workplace safety and hygiene issues, know the methods for conducting risk analysis, know the main risk factors in industrial environments.

    Knowledge of topics of Industrial Manufacturing Systems

    Teaching methods

    The frontal lessons are held by the teacher of the course, lasting 120 minutes.
    There are some numerical exercises on the analysis and sizing of production systems, project planning, sizing of general service systems.

    Evaluation methods

    At the end of the course, an oral interview is scheduled for the final evaluation.
    The tests are fixed at least monthly (excluding the summer break) with 3 tests in each of the two exam terms
