    Contenuti

    Seepage flows in saturated media.
    Steady open channel flows.

    Obiettivi formativi

To give the essential elements of hydraulics and contaminant transport in superficial and deep water bodies. Give the basic elements for the application of mathematical models used to describe the above processes.

    Prerequisiti

    Basic knowledge of hydraulics.

    Metodi didattici

The module promotes the immediate application of the theory (learn by doing) through numerical exercises. Team working among the students is highly recommended under the supervision of the lecturer.

    Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento

    Oral exam
