Contenuti | Nell’ambito dell’insegnamento vengono illustrati i concetti, gli schemi teorici e gli strumenti di analisi necessari per la formulazione e l’attuazione della strategia d’impresa. Attraverso la valutazione e l’analisi critica di casi aziendali, gli studenti sono chiamati a utilizzare le conoscenze e competenze acquisite per sviluppare soluzioni creative alle sfide strategiche che le imprese affrontano nei contesti competitivi in cui operano. |

Metodi di valutazione | La valutazione degli studenti che hanno seguito il corso si basa sui seguenti elementi: un project work di gruppo (che viene valutato in trentesimi e rappresenta il 40% del voto finale), una prova scritta finale, con domande a risposta aperta, sui concetti e gli strumenti oggetto del programma (che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il restante 60% del voto finale). |

Contents | As part of the course, the concepts, theoretical schemes and analysis tools necessary for the formulation and implementation of the business strategy are illustrated. Through the evaluation and critical analysis of case studies, students are asked to use the knowledge and skills acquired to develop creative solutions to the strategic challenges that firms face in the competitive contexts in which they operate. |

Teaching methods | The teaching is structured as follows: |
Evaluation methods | The evaluation of the students who have followed the course is based on the following elements: a group project work (which is evaluated out of thirty and represents 40% of the final mark), a final written test, with open-ended questions, on the concepts and the instruments covered by the program (which is expressed in thirtieths and represents the remaining 60% of the final grade). |
