Obiettivi principali del Corso sono l’approfondimento delle competenze nel settore dei Circuiti e l'apprendimento di metodiche e di strumenti per la loro analisi.

Nessuna propedeuticità.

Per una fruttifera frequenza del corso, sono richieste le competenze fisico-matematiche e tecnico-scientifiche dei corsi di laurea Triennale della Ingegneria della Informazione.

Lezioni frontali, esercitazioni ed esperimenti numerici.
Lavori individuali e di gruppo.

Seminari su temi specifici.

Il corso prevede una prova individuale di accertamento, svolta in forma orale. La valutazione complessiva del profitto include anche l'esito del contributo individuale al lavoro di gruppo.

Il Programma del Corso include i seguenti principali argomenti:

Elementi introduttivi. Classificazione degli elementi circuitali. Elementi fondamentali, statici e dinamici. Modelli di componenti di interesse applicativo. Scelta delle variabili di integrazione.
Topologia dei circuiti.
Esempi applicativi.
Circuiti switching.
Simulazioni numeriche in ambiente Matlab e Psim.

The main aims of the course are the deepening of the skills in the field of Circuits and the learning of methods and tools for their automatic analysis.

No prerequisites.

For a fruitful frequency of the course, the physical-mathematical and technical-scientific skills of the three-year degree courses in Information Engineering are required.

Lectures, exercises and numerical experiments.
Individual and group work.

Seminars on specific topics.

The course includes an individual assessment test, carried out in oral form. The overall assessment of the profit also includes the outcome of the individual contribution to group work.

Introductory elements. Classification of the circuit components. Fundamental, static and dynamic elements. Models of components of applicative interest. Choice of descriptive variables.
Application examples.
Switching circuits.
Numerical simulations in Matlab and Psim.
